Refund, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. All tees purchased from PassionVassion are applicable for exchange in case the ordered tshirt is not of right size or due to manufacturing defect.
  2. Customers can exchange their tees within 7 days of the order delivery.
  3. Please make sure that products are returned in their unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact & are unwashed or undamaged or unused or unsoiled with all the accessories intact.
  4. To schedule an exchange please drop us an email at care[at]passionvassion[dot]com along with your order and exchange details.
  5. Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
  6. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
  7. While exchanging the tees which are purchased, In case the tees requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded.
  8. Exchanges are only applicable to same tshirt style for different size.
  9. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Refund Policy

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your tees within 7 days of its date of delivery in case of manufacturing defects, damaged product, or if the actual size is different from the one mentioned in the label/order.
  2. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at care[at]passionvassion[dot]com along with your order and return details.
  3. All the products of PassionVassion are put through stringent quality control, Incase if you find any manufacturing defect, you are requested to send an image or video of the area or point for damage for verification purpose.
  4. If found to be accepted by the quality checks – We will approve the request for Refunds.
  5. All refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the product is received at our Warehouse. It generally takes 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect back in your bank account or original mode of payment.
  6. Refunds are applicable on tshirts only in case of manufacturing defects or product damages.
  7. Please note shipping charges applied will not be refunded.

Cancellations Policy

  1. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care at care[at]passionvassion[dot]com  to cancel the order and refund your payment within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. In case the order is not yet processed we will initiate a refund. If however the order has been processed/shipped we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
  3. All refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the product is received at our Warehouse. It generally takes 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect back in your bank account or original mode of payment.
  4. Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges applied would not be refunded.
